Waiting for Weather in La Cruz

After the Yelapa storm we sailed across Bandaras Bay to La Cruz, not far from Puerto Vallarta.  Here the Albatross crew had a long stay waiting for weather as the cold north fronts and the warm south fronts kept wanting to meet right over our heads!  Of course, another weird weather pattern that had not happened before.  We had a few blustery days, some rain and a few lightning strikes too, nothing too bad, but enough to keep us from sailing further south.  During our stay we had lots of fun catching up with friends we had made along the way and meeting lots of new boats too.  This all made up for waiting out weather.
